Born on the beautiful island of Jamaica, West Indies. I moved to America with my family when I was 11 years old. I grew up in New York City, where I attended junior high school, high school and college.   I continued my studies at the world-renowned Lee Strasberg Theater Institute while  appearing onstage and modeling in the fashion industry .    

I am a versatile and accomplished actress with a career spanning film, television and traditional theatre. In addition to appearing in popular films such as Meet Dave, Motherhood, and Perfume, I have held active episode-specific parts in such television fixtures as Law and Order, Law and Order SVU, and 30 Rock. As an actress I have a broad range, allowing me to partake of roles as diverse as an officer of the law, femme fatale, reporter, model, and other leading and supporting roles. Theatre works include A Raisin in the Sun, Happy Hour, Symphathy and a West Side Story. I have performed in several conservatory theatre performances as well, both contemporary and ancient such as Sophocles’ Electra. In addition, I am a confident and athletic dancer onstage, both classical and contemporary, which has been useful for musical theatre such as Leonard Bernstein’s work. All my acting parts have been garnered in the competitive New York theatre arena.  

Whether, comedy, tragedy or musical theatre, I believe I bring a vital, direct, feminine presence which attracts notice. By temperament I am a fiery, passionate person with a strong delivery. I am better suited to dramatic storytelling pieces, whether classical or experimental, rather than more abstract and cold works. I am constantly trying to improve my technique as evinced by the rigorous training I recently finished at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, encompassed classes in voice and speech , acting technique, scene study, styles,  theatre history, vocal production and movement.  [view resume]   My spirit of adventure led me to Paris and an exciting and memorable season as a fashion model, appearing in magazines, catalogs, product packaging, music videos, industrials and commercial print. Returning to New York, I continued my education at  Marymount Manhattan College  majoring in Business Administration, perfect training for my supliment career in real estate, and studying with William Esper at his Studio to master my craft.

While acting is my passion and primary livelihood today, in between shooting motion pictures and appearing on stage I some how find the time to sell real estate but most of the time referring clients to top brokers in New York.  Specializing in residential Manhattan properties running the gamut from white-glove, high-rise luxury buildings to lofts and town houses and commercial real estate leasing store-fronts and office spaces.  I'm especially excited right now about Roosevelt Island,  Harlem, Chelsea and Tribeca areas because of its rapid growth and huge consumer demands, especially in new developments and condo conversions, and I am eager to help investors, those buying,  selling or leasing residential and commercial properties anywhere in Manhattan. I know my adopted city inside out and love sharing my insider's perspective with my clients.  I love The Big Apple and there is no place I'll rather live.  In my free time, I savor the many delights of New York City, from its unique shops and trendy restaurants to its lively dance clubs and theaters.  At times, I get away form the hustle and bustle by taking romantic getaways and holidays with friends and family.
